Jesusislove - I put my step counter on first thing in the morning and take it off just before going to bed. So I count ALL the steps. I make an exception for biking though. When I bike, I often go for long rides and I decided I did not want those miles to also count as steps.0 -

I put my step counter in my pocket first thing in the morning and take it out last thing at night. I count all my steps. When I dance, the step counter doesn;t count most of the lateral steps so I am probably taking a lot more steps than than I "get credit for".0 -

It rained so hard yesterday that the dogs didn't want to go out for long...they are the main reason that I walk so many steps....so in order to reach my goal I had to walk and jog and dance a lot in the house in the evening....my hubby has become much more tolerant of my antics and that makes it easier ::laugh:0
