I myself, started again the South Beach diet, phase 1. Where the first 2 weeks no bread,rice, or fruit. Coming up on my 1st week Sunday. I think i can hang in there for another 10 days. Glad you're still hanging on Lbekah72.... we will March forward:laugh:

Nothing's awkward about someone commenting on your achievements. It shoud be a motivator for you to continue, or they maybe wondering how you did it. Just say thanks and move on.

I like that "SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE" I like to join, commiting to losing a pound a week. That would put me at 12 lbs. of weight loss first quarter of the year. Last time I weighed I was 207.....may be more now. I've really been eating lately. Just now today coming to my senses.

I'm afraid I have to agree with dodgersprince, Sunday you tend to stray away from your usual routine because one, if you had not prepared dinner, you end up eating out with other church members, or a take out and before you know it, you end up eating yellow rice w/ light gravy and corn bread..hahaha. That's my problem.…

In agreeance with everyone else....that's true what Rosiered2 states...if you don't give your body a rest in between sessions, your body will become over whelmed, and guess what your body shuts itself down you become ill.That's a known fact.
