Hi there, I take Spirulina and an antioxident, I exercise a lot. I lack in Iron which means I lack in energy some days. They help heaps!!! Just don't drink Tea or Coffee 1 hour either side of taking vitamins, caffeine has its downfalls.

It is Saturday here already....... I have 4 days off and then back to work. I am a cook at a private school, meals are provided for me but I don't eat it. I too weigh myself every morning, it keeps me on track. When I have had a bad day that next mornning is really hard but I get on the scales to shock myself back into a good day. Some times it works sometimes it doesn't.

I spend about $100 a week for the 2 of us, I eat mostly at work but eat dinner at home. School holidays are a different storey, that is when I spend more.

I do a step class twice a week and walk 1 day but I do weights 2 days a week. I am on my feet at work and clock up well over 15000 steps each day.

I yawn all the time at the gym (pump and step) but I feel so energetic so dont really understand why???? By the end of my routine I am tired but in a good way. I think we are all very normal :wink:

Maybe you're not eating enough....I had that problem for a while so I upped my cals to 1300 and my weight started coming off again.
