What did you set you weekly weight loss goal at 2, 1.5, or 1 pound a week? Did you eat certain types of food (i.e. clean eating, low carb etc)? Did you eat your workout calories back. I have similar stats and would love to see the results you have...you look amazing!

First congrats! You look amazing! Second, can you give some detail on how you lost the weight. Like what did you have your calorie goal set to? Did you save up calories for the weekend/special occasions? What did your exercise regimen look like and did you eat back those calories? Thanks!

I guess my worry with the set daily calorie method with no workouts earning calories (and this may sound like I'm not that invested) is that I can't "earn" a night out with more calories and some drinks. I feel realistically I want to go to olive garden or something similar once and…
