Weight goal article
Hi! At some point I read an article on here about what you should set your "weight loss per week goal" to based on how much weight you are trying to lose. I think it was a very popular one and I'd like to see it again. Can anyone point me in the right direction on where that article is? Thanks!

Resetting ticker from previous weight loss

Hi there, I have about 40-50 pounds to loss. If I set my goal to 2 pounds/week I get 1330 calories/day. If I set it to 1.5 pounds/week I get 1580/day.
