Weight goal article

Hi! At some point I read an article on here about what you should set your "weight loss per week goal" to based on how much weight you are trying to lose. I think it was a very popular one and I'd like to see it again. Can anyone point me in the right direction on where that article is? Thanks!

    Do you mean this one?

    Weight loss weekly goal recommendation
    Here is a great guideline for setting weekly weight loss goals:
    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.
