Welcome! You can do this! There are some great snacks you can eat that don't add a lot of calories, and you don't have to feel like you're starving. For instance, veggies have lots of fiber that fills you, but very few calories.

 Hi! Welcome! I'm not using a program right now, but I recently finished a three week program. It was Denise Austen's Daily Dozen; it was sort of a starter program to teach what types of things to eat and what exercise needs to be done. I learned a lot from it. Feel free to add me.

There are a certain amount of calories your body needs so that it wont go into starvation mode and start storing fat. That's why when I log in my food for the day the message at the bottom of the screen tells me to eat more calories if I don't eat my work out calories.

I would suggest adding more veggies. They have fiber which fills you but very few callories. Also, add a small serving of nuts like almonds, or even peanut butter. They have a little bit of fat and lots of protien; so they can help fill you too. These two things have really helped me not be hungry.

Great job on losing 60lbs! From what I've read our bodies adapt to doing the same exercise all the time, and that can cause a plateau. Maybe you could do a different cardio exercise a couple of days a week to change it up a bit.
