It doesn't work in instant pudding but it's supposed to work in the cook and serve. I make tapioca from scratch and use almond milk and it works wonderfully.

Don't go by MFP for your calorie burn, get a heart rate monitor. I burn 400-500 calories an hour, sometimes more weight lifting. Going out for a walk/jog for half an hour is 300 calories. I use my HRM for weight lifting and I burn more than double what MFP gives me. Depending on what I'm doing, my heart rate goes through the roof. I super set with little to no breaks.

You need to start looking for quality foods. The average orange has 80 calories, 5 grams of fiber, tons of vitamin C, good carbs to give you enegy and no fat. It's great that you've lost weight, don't get me wrong!!! But if you want to help curb your hunger better and not give your husband something to comment about, the best way is to clean up your diet, eat more protein, fruits and veggies, not by hiding the tv cord.

Agreed. Diary needs to be cleaned up and get rid of all the sugary processed foods. It's way over 1100 calories. Somethin's amiss in Denmark.

I do both DVDs and classes. I'm so glad I started w/ DVDs first. After my first class I decided I had to work harder at home to get through the classes.

Exercise increases you white blood cells to fight off illness but if you're super sick take a rest. It all depends on how bad you feel.

I just do the lower body every other day for the butt bible. I do other vids for upper body and abs. It does kick your butt!! I can tell a difference in 3 weeks.
