Yes, I LOVE spaghetti squash. I eat it several times a week. Toss in a little grilled chicken, some fresh red or yellow pepper strips and maybe a little goat cheese and I'm a happy girl!!

I just switched from years of Splenda to Truvia. It doesn't taste as sweet, and you use more of it, but I'm OK with it. I just read somewhere else on MFP though that it may not be all natural, not true stevia, so I have to go home and read my box. I'm curious what others have to say.

Ryka. They're designed for women's feet and I can work out in a brand new pair for hours without having to worry about breaking them in. Very comfortable.

I find the best burn for me is the exercise bike while using small weights at the same time for the upper body. I use a heart rate monitor and I definitely burn the most using this two part system. It's too hard for me to get my heart rate up on the treadmill and the elliptical is uncomfortable for me since I'm short.

I love my scale. I didn't have one to start out, but finally bought the Biggest Loser one from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. It's amazing the difference between 2/3 of a cup of cereal and 29 grams of cereal, which are both listed as the serving side.
