Fitbit Flex 2 help please!
I'm working out daily and use a Fitbit Flex 2. The calories transfer automatically to my MFP site, but I'd like it to log the type of exercise I'm doing as well. Can this be done? I know I can unsync the device and manually log it but I wish it could be done automatically. Ideas?

How do you get rid of what I call "shelf butt?" My stomach is flattening, arms and legs are thinning, but my butt still juts out when you look at in profile. I've noticed that out of the few food diaries I've viewed, some people hardly eat anything all day long. A low number foods with higher calories. New to this all -- DASH diet
Hi all, just started using MFP this week and it's really opened my eyes! It's amazing how all those little extras really add up. I'm trying to do the DASH diet. Any others out there had any success? I lost 6 pounds in the first two weeks, but only 1 pound in the third week. Any advice? Any good recipes?

Loose, flabby skin
I have 100 pounds to lose but have 1 big fear. Loose, gross, flabby skin. I worried that the undersides of my arms and my stomach skin will just hang. I'm looking for feedback, who's met that goal or close to it? What did you do to prevent? Will slow loss prevent that?
