I lift 4x's a week (3 days of heavy compound work, 1 day of barbell complex work) and Body Combat (or HIIT sprints) 2x's a week.

I started with dumbbells to build my strength. I think that may be a good place to start. Good luck. We all start somewhere!!

I do 2 warmup sets at 50% and 75% of what my 5x5 lifts are... Sometimes (rarely) I do 5 minutes of cardio just to get the blood flowing especially if the gym is freezing. Good luck! Grrrrrrrr!!!!!
