Thank for the replies - I was really looking for something that could tell me my calories burned from my workout since my heartrate monitor broke, and since that doesnt seem like a very reliable tool, Ill probably just forego buying a watch at the moment :)

I had gallbladder surgery and lost a large amount following the surgery due to not being able to eat much food. I also lost a lot before my surgery due to not being able to eat many different foods. I recovered very quickly (2 weeks and I felt almost normal)

As you said you don't care how hard the exercise tip is, I will say try with 30 day Shred again, you will get the results you want.

You might be a good candidate for something like 5:2 diet, and on your down day you could avoid eating anything till right before bed or just completely fast that day.

Nuts, nuts butters, coconut milk, olive oil, a protein powder, eggs, fruit can have high calories, bigger portions of meat, raisins, dark chocolate, drink whole milk by the carton

You can always make your own healthy version of the burger and that would save some calories! I can normally get 2 burgers for 500 calories, homemade and off good size

From personal experience, I got my gallstones when I had been dieting and then I stopped and the attacks came. Now they could have come either with the weightloss and I didnt know because I was eating healthy or they came when I started eating the junk again. :P

Maybe take a little time away from the scale, just till your health issue is sorting so you can trust the number on the scale more :)

If you costumise your own Nike shoe you can get extreme wide, but they are very expensive. New Balance is your best bet and also fairly good quality and price :)

Its all maths, so if you eat maintenance one day you would only have eaten 3000 less, and therefore might not reach your pound loss a week. Try it out and see how you do if you wish to do it is the only way to truely know :)

I do 2-3 spin classes a week and I very much enjoy it :) The first couple of weeks I was in agony, but now Ive gotten used to it. PERSONALLY I burn around 500 with the current routine we do in Body Combat, but it does vary depending on the routine we do and the effort I put in. I burn less during Pump, around 350

I got it yesterday about 40 minutes in to my workout which was a 60 minute one and unfortunately it from 7-11 so I really struggled falling asleep :P I tend to find the sweet point if I work out for 2 hours I get the happy feeling but Im so tired I can fall asleep at 10.

Id personally also preffer the gym membership. I have that now for 40 pound a month and I take 2 classes a day and go to the gym it self a few times a week and I get swimming free aswell.
