I would agree with the girls here in the thread-your output of energy must always exceed your intake of calories. for instance, i went on a four mile hike. that alone only burned about 800 calories. you figure you can get that caloric intake quite easily if you don't watch your portions. I am currently working as a cashier where I work anywhere from 5-9hours in a day. where would I go to find out how many calories I would burn during my shift. we never stand still and are always busy even when we are not helping a customer. and suggestions would be great.
