My name is colleen and I got the info for this site from a co-worker and friend. A bunch of girls at work are all trying to support each other in our weight loss goals. I have two little girls and have been trying to take off all the baby weight for quite some time now. I have lost about 12lbs. since January, but I have been stuck at my current weight for a while. I am looking for any advice someone would like to share.

are you excercising? I rotate cardio and weights and that seems to really help me.....of course I try to keep my portions under control and eat healthier......could be you just need to change your usual routine up....:flowerforyou:0

I would agree with the girls here in the thread-your output of energy must always exceed your intake of calories. for instance, i went on a four mile hike. that alone only burned about 800 calories. you figure you can get that caloric intake quite easily if you don't watch your portions. oh and drink water!!! its great for you!! and it fills u up. I find that when I get hungry late at night and I just have to have something-I drink water first-most of the time, I'm just thristy. and if I must have something-i make it something very healthy like an apple or an orange.
