How many calroies should I burn during an average work day?

I am currently working as a cashier where I work anywhere from 5-9hours in a day. where would I go to find out how many calories I would burn during my shift. we never stand still and are always busy even when we are not helping a customer. and suggestions would be great.

    I would wear a pedometer and see how many steps you get.
