First, if your knee is popping and grinding go see a doctor you could have a larger issue (that was my problem). I wear a knee brace and also take a couple of aspirin after a workout. Keeps the pain at a minimum. I also found that when I added yoga into my routine it help strengthen and stabilize my knee cause much less…

My girlfriend and I are talking about starting this up this weekend. There's a fun run in September we were looking at joining. I've got a question though. Since the fun run will be outdoors would it be better if we did these sessions outdoors also?

Hey I understand falling off the wagon. I do it enough myself. The one thing I have learned is that you can't beat yourself up about it. Just take a breath, put your sneakers on, and walk out side. The hardest part is the beginning once you get started everything moves naturally.
