I've used the oops sorry its not on the list and continued on... You did good... said not today we already have them, finished quickly and left. It will get better as long as you don't give in. Some kids learn quickly and some take forever. Hang in there!

I workout with leslie sansone dvds and run around the playground doing the c25k... definitely get interrupted but better than nothing!

For me its 2-3 days before that the scale goes up and then down again lower than before about 4-5 days into it... I don't get discouraged knowing it should be lower the next week:)

Sorry you are having a rough day. Everyday of good choices only helps! My weight often will stay the same for a few weeks before it drops a few pounds. You can do it! Just keep going!

I have been drinking a protein shake (unjury) at 10:45ish so I can push lunch off till 12:45ish otherwise I spend all afternoon snacking! lol

Leslie got me to like exercise! I have lost over 30lbs by walking 5x a week 2-5 miles a day.

I use unjury protein powder and it suggests mixing either vanilla or chocolate with coffee. I does say that the coffee needs to be under 130 degrees. Otherwise bad things will happen...
