After a week or 2 you won't be nearly as hungry. Probably still hungry but not nearly as bad:)

My boys take homemade Mac and cheese in a thermos with some type of side and either Apple or orange juice or milk in a thermos. They hate school lunches because of he food but also time lost waiting in line. On occasion they will make a sandwich or a salad with meat in it.

I bought some of the heathier versions for a while (grilled chicken) then was able to wean off and don't crave it anymore. It did take a while to lose the gotta have it feeling though....

Fyi some of the exercises are tough. So do what you can do and try to do more the next time you do the workout.

I've had my fitbit zip for almost a year and a half and love it! I recommend buying replacement batteries ahead of time from Amazon. You can get them a lot cheaper and if You check your steps a lot you need to replace the battery more frequently.

I find certain foods I can have some without over doing it and others I am better off not having any...

The main thing I like to do do is if I have a TV dinner i put it in a real bowl to eat. Looks so much better:)

I have issues with cereal in general. I have to use a small bowl and small spoon and remind myself I only get one serving:) if I'm still hungry I need to find a different food to eat! Lol
