    Thanks everyone. I am super happy with the changes I have made in my life and beyond excited about all the fun things we have in store for us this year.

    As far as dietary changes @munzinni, I just started counting calories here. I was pretty faithful about it for 4-5 months. Then after I started lifting, I started really focusing on the macros in combination with the overall calorie count--aiming for 100g+ of protein per day. Today, I am not as faithful about the food logging as I should be, but I try to be consistent in the type and quantity of food that I eat and maintain an hour or so of tough physical activity at least 6 days per week.
