Does 21 Day Fix Extreme work for extremely overweight people?

Does 21DFX work for extremely overweight people? The program says its for people that have to shed the last few lbs, or to get tight & toned. I have a lot of fat to lose still. So I was wondering can, or can't I use this program? If I can't, why not?

I don't see any reason why you can't! If you think you'll enjoy the plan then give it a go. Any type of exercise can only benefit you. Obviously you're probably not going to have a 6 pack by the end of the program, but I'm sure you're not expecting that!
If you do try it out I'd love to hear how it worked for you and what the intensity of the workouts are like, so please update here if you don't mind0 -

Fyi some of the exercises are tough. So do what you can do and try to do more the next time you do the workout.0

Why not do 21 Day Fix first and then use Extreme as a program to transition into? There's no reason why you can't, it's just created for people who've had a good 6 months of regular fitness under their belt. Some people who do programs like this can get very discouraged because they didn't expect it to be so difficult. So it entirely depends on you!
Feel free to add me as a friend! I've done the original so far!0 -

I've done insanity once already & on my last week completing it twice, but I'm still overweight so I wasn't sure. But thanks for the advice, appreciate it (:0
