My homemade Honey-Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette: (40 Tablespoons)
1/3 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 C. White balsamic vinegar (I use Raspberry White)
    1 Tbls.lemon juice
2 Tbls. Bear brand Sweet Honey Mustard
    1/4 C. water
    3 cloves garlic, smashed
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    2. tsp. dried basil or a few fresh basil leaves, crushed
A pinch of artificial sweetener if you like a sweeter dressing, I use half a Splenda packet

In a 2-cup bowl or container, pour the ol over the smashed garlic and allow the garlic oils to infuse into the oil for a few hours or overnight. It is important to remove the garlic once you go to make the dressing. Garlic allowed to steep in oil can breed pathogenic bacteria.

Add in all the other ingredients, whisk well, and you're ready to go. 2 Tbls of this dressing has about 80 calories.

Get creative with it: Tonight, I whisked some blue cheese crumbles into some 0% plain Greek yogurt and then added in 2 Tbls of this vinaigrette to make a really delicious blue cheese dressing.

Olive oil and good vinegar. You'll use a lot less than gloppy dressing, so it is LPPeffectively the same calories as low fat dressings and much better.

I use different varieties of Bolthouse Farms. The cream based ones are made with Greek yogurt. Most are 45 calories per serving. I like the Zesty Ranch and the Parmesan Caesar. Their vinaigrettes are also good. They are found in the refrigerator section, with the lettuces at the stores around me.

Also a fan of Bolthouse. Lately I have been using a light tomato dressing by Marzetti that has clean ingredients and comes in at 35cal/2T.

Kraft Baldamic Vineagar dressing. Tastes good in small portions, about 1 tsp for each cup of greens. Too much it won't be as yummy which is a great because there's no temptation for over doing it.

THIS!! I'm a ranch dressing fanatic (I put the stuff on spaghetti), and this is by far the best low-cal recipe out there. I've tried the ones with greek yogurt and nearly barfed from the overwhelming tanginess, but this buttermilk ranch recipe is great :)
