My boyfriend is the same exact way. He refuses to eat anything healthy and he won't even drink water. Its silly but if its not southern comfort food or soul food he won't eat it. I figure I'll just have to make my food separate from his food. I do that now with my daughter sometimes.

Also what about hot sauce? It has a sodium content but no calories and I figure I drink enough water to flush the sodium out of me.

I'm also trying to lose 2lbs per week by eating 1200 calories day. I'm trying to lose 25lbs by the end of July and if I can keep it up I'll reach my goal.

I wondered the same thing and wondered how I would incorporate drinking wine or any other liquor for that matter into my weight loss. Lots of helpful information and I think pre-planning for it is a great idea.

Today was a good day. I didn't even think about binging. When I would binge I always thought about what I would eat next. I also felt like when I messed up might as well eat what I want and start over the next day and then overeat. I've gained back some weight that I've lost so know I'm working to get it off....again....but maintaing the loss can be hard but we can do it!

I'm defintiely in because I'm definiely a binge and not in a good way. I have a tendency to overeat when I "cheat" and then feel so uncomfortable. This challenge is perfect for me. Hopefully it train me to not overeat or even cheat period.

So I said I wouldn't have a drink until I reached 168 pounds but that seems so far away. It was suppose to be like a punishment for gaining weight but the weekend is here and a drink is calling my name, lol. :drinker:
