  • 3-15-13 181 pounds, down a couple ounces. forgot to weigh in this morning. so hopefully it would have been even more weight. I am making it my goal to get into the 170's by next weekend!!!

  • 178.5, up a little. Been a busy week with too much eating on the run. Have a mini goal of 175 for next week before I leave on vacation. I know I can do it if i push myself.:ohwell:
  • Well, I am the same 178 this weigh in. I plan to push hard for the next two weeks to meet a mini goal of 175 before vacation. And while on that vacation to not put an ounce back on, lol.   • save some calories during the day by eating light and low cal. the liquor store does have "skinny girl" products, they are pretty low cal and taste good, good luck and hope you have fun.
