  • Thanks Tai, I laughed when I read "cow belly." I tend to call mine "the dangle." There are some days that I feel like I feel myself shrinking all over except for my "dangle." Ugggg! I haven't even dropped a pant size because it won't shrink at all, however, the legs of pants are so baggy. I look like a ham on toothpicks.…
  • Mucinex and Advil. Both at the same time seem to work best for me, but everyones immune systems are different. Just a suggestion.
  • Thanks Amanda. I also use the sweetner in my drinks just to get the fluid in. I need to be careful how much aspartame I take in because I know its not good for me, but for now....it's helping me get the water down. Every once in a while I will drink plain water....super cold! Terri.
  • Hmmmm..... that is a thought. Thank you for that piece of advice. Makes me think about drinking so much of it.
  • Thank you cwhite for this comment. I know it's not the perfect water, but I can barely stand to drink water at all. If I drink it, it has to be ice cold and if it gets just barely warm, I'm gagging. Not sure why this happens. I just chalk it up as something I don't like.
  • I find it much easier to eat throughout the day also, but in smaller portions. I'm not an expert by any means, but I'm always hearing people tell me how it's good for the metabolism.
  • I've been counting it as water. I just hate drinking water, so I feel I have to flavor it to get it down.
  • I love these ideas. I too love peanut butter and eat it almost everyday also. I was just looking on Amazon and found a whipped peanut butter (i think substitute) called Walden Farms calorie free peanut butter. It claims to be calorie free, fat free and carb free. Hmmmmm. I'm going to have to look into this one.
  • I've thought about getting that too. I won't be able to get it until the end of the month though. Let us know if you like it and how it works.
