  • Yeah, I definitely needed to read this. I just started my Spring Break about 4 days ago, and I've been unhealthily overeating for almost 4 days now. One week of that won't cause me to magically gain 5-10 lbs., right? haha...seriously worried, though.
  • 15 minutes on the elliptical, according to MFP: 162 calories burned.
  • It depends on your speed for those 26 minutes on the treadmill, and MFP will tell you how many calories you burn on the elliptical for the amount of time you exercise on it. They're all approximations, and everyone burns a different amount of calories. I don't think 100 calories for each of those sounds too right.
