I did not accuse, I just stated a fact that it may be a problem. Also how many truly healthy person would start a conversation with 'I'm a drinker'. They may state they like to have a drink or drink wine, etc - but calling themselves a drinker?
-
Maybe I'm off base here, but perhaps the 'I'm a drinker' thinking is part of what needs to change to make a healthier you. I'm all about a beverage here and there, but if you are worrying about ways to keep drinking within calorie limits by lowering calories while still getting alcohol, it may be a sign of a problem.

This - and the learning curve to go to a new phone are why I have an iphone 5. Also whomever said the S3 was cheaper - it's $199 for each with contract.

Ok - I'm going to sound like creepy stalker guy now - but really we can't make any informed decisions here without pics of the OP

If somebody cares to check out my diary and see what I've been doing - more power to them. I've lost 60 pounds and am way healthier than I was at the beginning of the year - I know it's working so who cares ;)

What exactly is freedom of speech if it is not the right to criticize and judge other people. Bullying is indeed wrong (and illegal in most cases) - but America is founded on the right to criticize and judge, probably more than any other principal.

I've got a cheap copter, I would much prefer the gas powered RC car ;)

If you can't be honest and open about that, you probably don't have a good relationship...

Hot is confidence and an attitude, not looks.

My wedding band is titanium so it can't be resized. Once I maintain my loss for a bit I will have to replace it.

I would say good luck, but I think this is a task that requires dedication and hard work, not luck. I will tell you my wife is down around 30 pounds just by making healthier food choices in the last 7 months or so without much increase in activity, so eating healthier and less works - although exercising would sure helps.…

Personally I feel absolutely crappy if I fast for 12 hours for a blood test- and it lasts over a day. Being nauseous and having headaches for the next 24 hrs is my bodies way of telling me IF is not right for me. If it is for you, great.

Soundes delicious and fairly healthy. Why the strong recommendations against turkey/ chicken and cauliflower for the recipe? Taste wise they sound like they would work in my head.

Reading the topic I thought this was going to be about interpreting dreams about hot dogs...

Potato salad - only I do the sauce now with a mix of hummous and greek yogurt - better than mayo IMHO ;)

Hmm, should I send you a PM Colie? ;) And no, I have no problem with people seeing me topless, although I need to lose the last 10 pounds and I'll be much happier with how I look :P

Date women, they are much easier to deal with than men :P
-
I'm almost afraid to ask, but how often do people randomly ask to see them?
-
You look nice, although I prefer longer. It's also tough to compare because of the glasses in one and no glasses in the other ;)

Caffeine is teh debil - don't do it.

3 people or 3 days? I have had 2 professional jobs. One was 5 interviews split between 2 different days. The other was a phone interview followed by interviews with 5 people on one day (had to be flown in, so no chance to do over multiple days).

Often I reply to posts and nobody else does after me...

You also don't mention much about your activity level settings. If you set things up wrong in the first place (you are really sedentary and set your activity level as active), you could be not really eating at a deficit at the calorie levels you are at. I think the important thing is stick with it, measure your food as…

This is the correct answer!

No - because the title is 'why the breakfast is the worst meal of the day', not 'why breakfast may make you hungrier'...
-
For the days you do track, you have 200-300+ calories of creamer and dressing - out of a 1300 calorie goal. You are definitely not going to be full with that many empty calories. Also I'd love to find those no sodium chicken tenders... I'm thinking look at committing yourself not to losing weight, but to being healthier.…

Hungry or not - skipping breakfast and getting hunger cramps and dizziness from no food by lunch time means dealing with the hunger from breakfast with light snacks is better than not.

Drink almost every night, one drink turns into 10 - sounds like there's a problem there that needs addressing...

OK - so all of your stuff was stolen and you are most worried about somebody using your gym membership? I smell a fishy troll...
