I don't have cheat days. I am healthier all days - if I go out or treat myself I still try and be healthier, and log everything best I can so I know why I am where I am.

I often put it in my mac and cheese. I also will do tuna salad using olive oil, mustard and relish.

Looks like you could cut out an easy 1000+ calories a week by not drinking your calories. Eat out, but get water instead of soda. That and cut your treats in half - instead of a piece of cake or pie, eat half.

I came from an iphone 3g, so I absolutely love it, it's a huge upgrade. I use the reminders a ton more because of siri, and it's just much better. Now, as far as the physical size - I work in a chemical plant and am a klutz, so I have to keep it in an Otter Box that certainly negates some of the lighter / smaller size.

This - it sounds like you are at a decent weight but not body shape. Keep eating healthy and work on body toning / muscle building. It's kinda where I am - although I think I need to lose 5-10 still (and I am really at the high end of a healthy BMI, a bit above still actually).

Track what you consume like any other day - if nothing else it'll make you think about seconds or that extra dab of butter. Every little bit helps ;)
