Yes, that's prob sound advice. Its just sooo maddening! I started and really want to finish, but I may have to find another way for right now.

Thank you! I really don't want to start over because I'm seeing results. On the other hand, I kind of enjoy walking, lol

You sound lonely and unappreciated in your past. You haven't met the right woman yet or you wouldn't be asking those questions. Its a sad fact that we are a throw away society and demand instant gratification. But, a true relationship lasts and only through perserverence, dedication, commitment and connection. There is…

Day 9. Did level 1 again today. I was off two days and paying for it a little today. My shin on the right leg is troublesome. Gad to ice it
-
Day 8. Did level 2again today. Still think its easier than 1. More energy and stamina each day. I'm not weighing until Sunday, and then we shall see.
-
Day 7, did pretty good today. One small break, but my strength and endurance are so much better. No more muscle aches. Its going well.
-
Day 6, should have been level 1, but I decided to try level 2. It went fine. I actually think level 2 is easier than level1. There are alot more strength moves, but I only had to stop once and that was on the last cardio set. I'm going to switch Back and forth for a few days to see how it goes. I even had enough energy to…

Hi Nicky, Ive suffered similar circumstances. Gained about 35 lbs and prob about the same size and height as you. I convinced myself that I wasn't eating that much calories wise but when 100% honest in my food assessment, it was actually much more. Now I count every single calorie that goes into my mouth and exercise and…

What he said, lol. No I agree. All in moderation. Take care of your calories, and your calories will take care of you.

Level 1, day 5. Seemed easier today but I took a one day break between day4 and 5. Ive already lost one pound so feeling pretty good about the entire process.

Level1, day4 - felt much better when I got up this morning. My legs were still sore, but not nearly as much. Definitely improved stamina from day 1. I'm going to stay on level1 until I feel I have it completely under control then move to level 2. I have all the time in the world, plenty of fat to flush and muscle to build.…

The first thing I would say to you is do not be in a hurry to make a decision about your job. What is bothering you there? Are you bored...no challenge any longer. Is it your co-workers or the boss? Would still being a nurse but at some other location be more satisfying to you? I think we all go through cycles of…

Level1, day3. Just finished and it might have been a teeny bit easier, but can I just say that right now I hate exercise!!!!! My body is no longer a temple but more like a vessel for the infirm, lol. I do give us all credit though because we continue on. Good luck to you all out there, and say a prayer for me that I will…

Well done Rachel! It surely will get easier. We just have to keep on, keeping on.:noway:

Day 2 complete. My upper thigh muscles and bum calling me every name in the book and then some. Calves are tight as a stone. I can sit, barely, but getting up and down is another matter entirely. Still, very proud of us all. Keep the faith and pray you will be Able to walk tomorrow!

Anyone in the group using B-12 or protein powders or just anything for added energy? Love to hear from you if its enhanced recuperation time.

Just finished day 2 of shred and it was a tiny bit better than yesterday. Been so long since Ive done any real exercise, I'm finding it pretty difficult. I did have a couple bursts of adrenaline today that kicked in. None yesterday, so for me that's huge because it means the body is responding. Still a very tough program.…

What a complete and utter *kitten* he was. Girl, you are far too good for him. Believe it.

I just did day one today, and my legs are still exhausted. That was hours ago in case you were wondering, ha. I watched the video on youtube earlier this week and thought it looked fairly easy. WRONG!!!!!!!! It kicked my butt, literally. I had to stop three times during and barely made it through the video. Friend me and…

It looks pretty interesting. If it helps motivate you with the end result being weightloss, I might be willing to part with my hard earned money:laugh:

I have an elliptical/stationary cycle that I use most often. It has built in programming or self-programming. The best thing about the machine is you can use the elliptical intermixed with cycling to mix it up. A great piece of equipment

Feel free to add me as well. So far this website has been great for motivation. Good luck with your journey.

Feel free to add me. I just started a little over a week ago, and I could use more friends. Just because exercise adds more calories doesn't mean you have to use them. I do if I'm exceptionally hungry; otherwise, I keep them unused for quicker weight loss.
