Finished week 3 this morning. The first half went by awesome, until the second half when my tendon and calves were tight and all I wanted to do was crawl home :(

I am seriously thinking about buying it right now! Especially after seeing kdanean1's photos. I never really trust the infomercial before and afters so it's nice to see REAL people and their REAL results

been getting discouraged lately :( I have one week left of month one (because I missed a few days and I don't feel like I made the committment because of the few days I've missed, so I'm doing one more week) Anyone have pictures of their results so far? I would love to get that motivation back!

This is what has been keeping me from my week 2! There has been snow, wind like crazy and rain all week. Plus it's only been about 34 degrees. BRR! Tomorrow, no matter what the conditions, I am continuing with W2D2

I've done one month of it before and I could tell my stomach was getting smaller and my endurance was improving greatly. I am currently on day 3 today.

Stating Insanity today, monday, as well! Feel free to add me as well! I will not be doing it every day because I am starting couch to 5k next monday. But I will be doing Insanity 4 days out of the week :)

In the beginning I used 2lb weights and half way through level 1 and swtiched to 5lb weights. Level 2 I am using 5lb weights for the most part until my arms or shoulders start hurting too much and then I use my 2lb weights just to keep my body going.

I am on day 2 level 2. My endurance is so much better than day 1 in level 1. I started out doing about 5 pushups, now I can do 15! I think my stomach is getting smaller as well and I can tell my arms are toner.

Tomorrow is my last day of level 1. Ready for level 2! Haven't really noticed anything except my endurance is higher...

if you're using a cake mix, try using diet sierra mist or something of your choice and don't use eggs OR oil. I did this with the valentine cupcakes I recently made. 70'ish calories a piece! And they were delicious!

I'll be on day 9 today. I feel like I could go ahead to level 2 right now, though. My endurance is so much better than it was a few days ago. After I'm done with the workout, I'm like "Is this it?" So trust me, it gets easier! Keep up the good work! :)
