To those who have done P90X or similar exercises..
I started phase 2 of P90X this week, and I have been starving and tired all week. I am consuming 40g carb, 40g protein, and 20g fat. My calories usually range from 1600-1750. Weights for P90X?
My boyfriend and I are interested in doing P90X, but I'm curious on how heavy the weights should be? I have a pair of 5lb dumbbells, which I do okay with, and I'm sure my boyfriend can lift heavier, lol. Just wondering what pound weights I should buy for this workout. Thanks!

First sign of results?
I have about 10 or so days left of month one and I'm not seeing anything changing (except my endurance, which is awesome). I'm trying to be patient. Then I see people who look totally different on day 30 and I don't see a thing. Discouraging :( So when did everyone start seeing their body transforming?

Shin Splints & Tight Calves :(
Either right after the warm up walk or after my second time running (I just finished week 1) my calves tighten up really bad making it difficult to walk even. And then come the shin splints.. Any advice on what to do before my walk/run?

Finding it difficult to eat right this time of year
Anyone else having this problem? I'm so used to it being summer and eating fresh fruit all the time and now that it's November, there isn't much of a selection in the produce section. I just don't know what to eat this time of year!

Shakiness during and after workout?
I just did a cardio workout and my legs and hands were shaking during it. Anyone know what the cause of this could be?
