I struggle with trying to stop drinking diet pop and replacing with more water and I'm addicted to either cough drops or starlight peppermints. Recently I have been able to stop buying the cough drops but with the holiday, I've been buying candy canes and I just crunch them one after another - I just love them!!

I'm on day 5 of no diet coke - several times when I've been in a store I think of buying one but I talk myself out of it. Drinking lots of unsweetened tea with Stevia

What about naturally sweetened things that have cane sugar or Stevia?

I really like unsweetened tea and you can sweeten it with Stevia - they even have flavored Stevia. I also buy the sugar free tea sticks to go that you just pour into a 16 oz water bottle.

Wow, this wil be a really hard one for me because Diet Coke is like my coffee in the morning and a pick up in the afternoon but I really want to give it a try because my stomach always feels bloated and bubbly!!
