PS, I was at 354 and need to be 145 so I know how you feel..... I got down to 235 and then gained 30+ pounds back. I am back on and have lost 6 pounds so far.....86 total. Lets do this!!!!

Do not look at the 225, for now you have to lose 25 pounds..... Lets get you started moving in the right direction. You can do this just dont get overwhelmed, and focus on your goals. We are all with you!!!

I think you need a close friend, maybe not a BFF but a really close friend. That is my take....... I currently have a close, close friend. Not a bestie but close. But that is mostly because I do not get close enough to people but I am trying to change that.
