I just finished week 3. I tried running outside today with a group and it was very, very difficult. I'm sure the pace was faster then when I'm on the treadmill and we started off going uphill. Hello. I'm 45 and started this year serious about my weight loss again. Recording everything I eat on MFP helps a lot. Now attempting to start some kind of regular exercise routine. I have always loved exercising but just have not made it a priority.
