Asparagus Roll-Up Snack

Looking for a quick and low cal snack?

Blanche a bunch of asparagus and refrigerate for later. Then when you want a snack take 1 slice of turkey or ham lunchmeat, spread .25 teaspoon fat free cream cheese on it, cut into four pieces and wrap each piece around a stalk of asparagus.

VERY yummy, and only 30 calories per slice
