I am over weight because I have been lazy and I like to eat. Thats my story. I'm working on a new chatper now, though :) Don't worry about where you've been...you need to think about where you can go from here! Don't say I'll start on Monday, because "Monday" never seems to come. Today is the day!

I stepped wrong and onto the side of my foot/shoe and just fell...LOL I don't have very good balance to begin with. I'm very clumsy. I like them so far, very comfortable and I can feel them working.

they also havve some called runtone that are designed a little different for runners. I hope one day to trade my easytones in for a pair of runtones ;)

yes my husband laughed hysterically at me! I had a fit for those shoes and he got them for me and I didn't have them on 5 minutes and I fell down. I am just glad I was at home LOL I'm sure I will get used to them. I'm really excited that I have them!

I know the feeling. just moved into a new house and it seemed like everything was turned upsidedown there for a while....just getting back into the daily routine of life...now its time to add some exercise to it! Good luck to you! :flowerforyou:

Its a Jillian Micheals workout DVD...she claims that with her workout you can lose up to 20 lbs in 30 days....so we're going to test that claim! :) You're welcome to join us...the DVD is about $10 and you can get it at places like Wal-mart, Target or even Best Buy, you'll need a set of hand weights...I think most start out…

You CAN do it!! and the 2lb weights will be fine...if you fine it getting easier, just go pick up another set of hand weights. I would ease up the weight a little at a time. I only had 8lb weights when I first started and that only lasted about 1/2 the workout LOL it was too much! so I found some 3lb weights at…

I have wii fit and wii fit plus and its really fun! I really like the super hula hoops!
