thanks i was getting myself ALL worried. it seems as long as i clean the processor well and cook to proper temp it would be ok but as i said, i posted this becuase i am new to doing my own meat and am looking to do it right and safely and get some good advice. thanks again. SO apprciated!

i love to do this in a jar then sit overnight in the fridge. you can even make a whole weeks worth. its yummy and so convienient. oats liquid (water, milk, soy, yoghurt, whatever you prefer) oats and liquid in equal parts fruit or applesauce honey or sweetner if desired. yummy.

losing 50 lb is a HUGE accomplishment! Congrats and keep up the excellent work. i admire your courage for posting your pics as well. you can totally see the weight coming off. be well.

hello, i am 41 soon to be 42. my name is lei and i am totally new to MFP tho it says i signed up in 02-2012. i need to lose around 80 lb and am kinda freaked out about it. iM A total sugar holic. its only the last 6 years that the wieght seems to be piling on and its time to take care of it so i can live a healthier life.

know you mean a meal where you are not overly concerned with calories, but nothing will make me eat more than free food - office lunches, weddings, whatever. if the food is free, i am eating a bunch of whatever it is. i have no idea why i do this. i'm not, generally, a frugal person - but if there is free pizza, i will eat…
