Have you tried getting a chuck it or playing ball, I have a 3 yr old lab and that's the only things that works

I did it with a mix breed dog and ended up in a cast with crutches and found out after the cast was off I ripped my acl in half and tore the cartilage in my knee; just because the dog wanted to chase a squirrel; and it wasn't the first time we went out it was the 3rd time. So my experience with it isn't exactly the best…

Get one of those things you put in cold water and put around your neck (they swell and stay cool for hours) and maybe look into a camelpack. I got one of those neck things at wal mart for like 4 dollars, I filled a bowl with water and set it in the fridge then put the neck thingy in it.

Can I cook it and freeze it?
-
What is tetrazzini and A La King, I apparently need to broaden my culinary horizons
-
That could be it. If it didn't happen the first time you ran. I'd just try to make sure it was on an empty stomach. Can you get up before him and do it before he wakes up then eat.

got it when I first started C25K....it was worse if I did it within 3 hours of eating. Just try to make sure you haven't just ate. And it gets easier I remember thinking how hard the first week was now I'm on week 5 and running 3 minutes is nothing (it's a big achievement for me, maybe not for others).

This happens to me every month and I'm on birth control. It's just much worse when I stop it.

I had my groove before hubby was leaving and then all he wanted to do was eat out and eat junk food. Now he's gone it'll be easier to lose the weight.
-
That's like 1 lb a week, which is what I generally lose when I'm trying to lose weight. I also go by measurement and body fat percentage. I also know my weight isn't a healthy and when I was 30 lbs lighter I was in the best shape of my life that is why I say 30 lbs. And I say 9 months because that's when my husband will be…

Oh I try trust me. I just can usually get there by eating chips and candy and such. I mainly snack on veggies and fruit and sometimes add in natural peanut butter (if it's apples or celery) or some sort of nuts (I'm really not very creative). and people keep saying avocado but I think they are really gross. lol

I'm 5'1 and 170 lbs and right now body fat is 42%. At 5'1 and 140 lbs I was in the best shape of my life and 20% body fat.

If I find out the yogurt won't irritate my IBS (going to restrict what I eat to find out what exactly upsets my stomach). But can you recommend a good protein powder. I've tried a few (years ago) and they were all just nasty (mainly texture wise).
-
I don't try to restrict my calories. I eat 3 meals a day and usually have 3 snacks (sometimes 2). I only eat when Im hungry and I stop when I'm not. I just have a hard time reaching 1200 calories cause to net I'd have to eat 1700 (if I'm burning 500).
-
felt like I was forgetting something and tips on eating at least 1200 calories without eating junk
-
I do nut butter on apples (it's my favorite snack). I haven't found a hummus I like and guacamole is just nasty lol. I really haveto be in the mood for yogurt or it makes me sick.

Have a heart rate monitor I weigh my food or measure it (love my digital scale) I've looked at my calories and I'm just not very hungry or don't have much of an appetite. So I already have to "force" myself to eat. I don't do milk it makes me sick and I don't really like doing supplements I'd rather eat my food. I plan on…

I babysit for my best friend 4 days a week (unless something comes up). I'm always there at lunch time and twice a week befor 7 am. I bring food and while her house has a lot of junk food I don't eat anything if I haven't brought (or I guess in your case bought) it. It's just easier that way.

a WEEK????? How does your budget survive that lol

My husband and I enjoy eating right and I try to do it healthy so we agreed on some things. 1) how many times a week or a month we'll go out (we like a weekly dinner out, sometimes it's every other week). 2) no appetizers (usually not anything healthy and full of fat and grease) 3) I always get water or unsweet tea as a…

I do agree with you about the locking jaw and dangerous thing. But you still need to be cautious of what they were bred to do (which is fight and hunt big game). You can't train out instinct. Example: I have a lab/weimariner mix (both big hunting/water dogs) I've NEVER taught my dog to hunt, firs time she saw a squirrel…

Please Please Please, remember pitbulls don't generally hit full maturity till 2 or 3 years of age and can develop problems after that point. I say that having worked with various animals and myself owned a pitbull. I loved that dog, she was the best dog we owned, and the the most gentle. Many people don't realize when…

Homemade strawberry shortcake and I LOVED and savored every minute of it.

I'm doing C25K but I'm running it outside (I figured if I was going to run a 5k it be outside not on a tredmil). I just started week 2 but I was more than estatic when I made it through the whole minute still breathing normal

Worcester sauce has a lot of sodium in it

Mrs. Dash or the Pinch perfect from McCormick. Try herbs I love parsley and basil. Oregano is good too. I LOVE absolutely LOVE onion and garlic (I buy the big jars of already minced garlic). I love Chives and dill weed. Some people like thyme and rosemary (I find them too woody). Sometimes with green beans I just throw in…

I haven't found anything yet. People tell me it's the caffiene so have you tried something else with caffiene. For me it's the carbonation, and they have the fizzy water (but I don't like them too much). I tried having a soda the other day and all I could taste was syrup even though it tasted the way it always has.

^^^THIS^^^. I have my major in nutrition and my professors (who use to be RD's but decided to go to teaching) complained all the time about doctors giving nutrition advice and the very limited training they get in nutrition (usually 1 or 2 courses). On the other hand to get my degree I had to take over 15 nutrition classes…

Pitting edema is characteristic of a ton of excess water, which can happen due to excessive sodium intake (do you drink sports drinks, watch the sodium intake if you do). I get it when I walk for long periods of time or work out for long periods of time. I usually take a natural diuretic when it starts to happen.
