Breakfast Idea's
So I can't bring myself to eat eggs right now. I've been eating them so often that the thought of eating another one is making me sick. But I have no idea what to do for breakfast now. I have to go grocery shopping Wednesday so maybe I can get a few more ideas.

What to do with turkey meat?
So I tend to be lazy or at the last minute want something for dinner that'll take awhile to cook. Well I have like 4 lbs of turkey meat I'm going to cook up tomorrow and freeze for quick easy meals. Right now I'm thinking of doing meatballs, burgers, and taco meat; is there something else I could do?

I have 9 months to lose around 30 lbs
I know this is completely doable, and completely logical, and I'll probably lose it before 9 months. My plan for this month is running Monday, Wednesday and Friday (there are several 5K's I'd like to do but need to work towards it) and strength training Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Until the end of the month the…

Core strengthening exercises
I got some pretty depressing news today at the doctor. But she wants me to work on core strengthening but I can't do sit ups, crunches or leg raises (I broke a part of my lower back, years ago and just now finding out but laying on my back causes me tons of pain). I have planks, standing crunches, kettlebell swings, and…

Swim Suit problems
So lets start by saying I have thick thighs, always have and always will (at 100 lbs my thighs were still thick). My husband and I have this vacation plan where we will doing a lot of hiking followed by swimming and having to hike back, and a waterpark with swimming and a bunch of walking mixed in. Well my swim shorts go…

Spaghetti Squash
I bought a spaghetti squash today, to use as a replacement in my pastas (I've been having some digestive issues so I'm trying to narrow them down). What is the best way to cook it?

How do you not let a vacation derail your progress?
My husband have a week long vacation coming up. I've reserved the room, at a Bed and Breakfast (where the owner told me breakfast would be fresh pastries, fresh fruit, orange juice, and milk). My problem enlies in not going crazy overboard with my calories. We have a fridge and microwave in our room (there maybe I fire pit…

Running advice, for a nonrunner
I don't have a smart phone so I can't exactly download the C25K app. I did find it online and have it on my computer. I want to be able to run a 5K in December. It's called Run for your lives and you get chased by zombies through various obstacle courses. I figure it's may it gives me a little over 6 months to get into…

My story, my battle.
Ok so I've never really posted this for a whole lot of people to see and very few people (other than family and friends) have seen these people and even less have heard my story. I feel like if I get it out it will be easier to talk about. This is me my senior year of high school (7 years ago) I know I'm going way back. My…

Running shoes, what do you recommend
I walk about an hour a day (I have a very hyper active dog who needs it), but I'm trying to start running again. I have a lot of friends who do these 5K's and I'd love to be able to join. Well I NEED new shoes (my tread is barely there, and my soles are falling apart). Well I'm going shoe shopping tomorrow and would like…

How bad will it set me back eating less than 1200 Kcal?
Before anyone tries to jump down my throat, I've been sick. My head hurts, throat hurts, and anytime I eat I want to go throw up. Today I've done all I can to choke down a 4 oz chicken breast and a baked (well microwaved) potatoe with a little butter (usually something I can eat with an upset stomach). Today I'm at 733…

Struggling to lose weight
So I eat between 1200 and 1500 calories a day (some days it maybe more). I pretty much only drink water, I MAY eat one processed food item a day (usually cereal, not a sugary cereal like 2 or 3 times a week). I'd say 90% of my foods are from natural sources. I walk my dog for at least an hour usualy 7 days a week…

Fitness video question?
So I've gotten out of the habit of exercising and I want something I can do at home until I can get motivated to get back in the gym. Part of my problem is I'm working 60+ hours a week and I'm just drained when I get home, so I don't want to have to go out to the gym. I want to try some fitness video's but the ones I've…

Not exactly new to this, but I just
realized there was a message board on this site; and I've had my account for a little over 3 months. I'm trying to get down to 130-140, even though I'm 5'1, what is considered my "healthy" weight makes me look anorexic. I've always found my weight loss journey to be easier when I have friends involved. If you would like to…
