  • I don't know why and it might not be right but I'm having flash back to my nutrition class and them telling us our bodies really don't break down casein.
  • Have you tried not using the casein for a few days and seeing if that helps? If that's the only thing that really changed than it very possible.
  • If you've ever looked at my diary I have a really hard time hitting my calorie goals so I think that be better. Where do you find almond flour?
  • Sounds delicious
  • hat would be awesome. I'd be forever grateful
  • I've don it with spaghetti squash
  • Yes, for my 21st birthday my best friend took me to the Myrtles Plantation in Louisiana. It's suppose to be one of the most haunted places in America. And during our tour I felt this tugging at my shirt, so I thought it was my friend and her husband trying to screw with my head, but her hand were in front of her and his…
  • Most of the time when I have a high carb day its because the day before I added something back in from my elminiation diet (trying to see what irriates my IBS) and I'm sick to my stomach and the only things not making me want to be sick are baked potato and oatmeal. when my diet is on poin then all my carbs come from…
  • I met my husband online, we married 14 months later, and now our relationship is back where it started lol. I met him while he was deployed to Iraq and now he's in Afghanistan. Now we try to video chat everyday just like when we met lol. I did however get "catfished" in the process I guess you could say. I met two guys…
  • You and me both sweetie. My husband is 6'2 and 165 pounds. I'm 5' 1.5 and 167 pounds (this is the lowest I've been since we met, I was almost 190 when we met). He can, and usually does, eat anything under the sun. My saving grace is I do the grocery shopping and most of the cooking. You seem to have a very supportive…
  • My dad got the opportunity to go hunt buffalo last year. BEST MEAT EVER!!!!
  • I met my husband online, not say I didn't meet some losers before meeting him. You have to be careful and if you think something is fishy, there probably is lol. Gotta trust your instincts when it comes to meeting people online. My husband and I have been together almost 2 years (sept) and we couldn't be anymore in love.
  • CONGRATS!!!! that is AWESOME.
  • I was on Celexa for almost 2 years. It really helped me and I didn't gain a pound on it. When I was finally able to sort out the stress in my life, I felt like I didn't need it anymore. So, I talked to my doctor about getting taken off of it. We slowly (like 3 months) took down the levels and if I started to experience…
  • Good except the days i'm only at like 800 or 900 calories then my go to, to get my cals up is oatmeal.
  • I try to aim for an hour a day, not sure what your time frame is. But generally in a 30 min C25K session I burn roughly 300 calories and I do hip hop abs and generally with a 30 min session I burn around 300 calories.
  • Well I wish I had that issue, my boobs seem to get bigger when I lose lol. I have a doggy backpack for my dog and I put all my stuff in, may look into getting one.
  • I'm currently on week 5 Day 1 (been stuck here for awhile) but quitting isn't an option for me lol. I'd be happy to be your friend.
  • I do especially if I know what's going on. I even have turkey burgers, turkey meatballs, and turkey taco meat frozen in my freezer for those days I don't want to cook, or my family wants something I'm not willing to eat. And tonight for example we're going out for Mexican Food, what I generally get is the Chicken Fajitias…
  • I'm all for new friends. I may not have a herniated disk but my L5 has been broken for at least 5 years (found out last month). I take a pain pill everyday to function but I walk 3 days a week, run 3 days a week, and do a work out video for ab strength 6 days a week. We can do anything as long as we have a positive…
  • I love zumba, some bases offer free zumba classes through the gyms (not sure if that's what your talking about). I'm in Texas.
  • You've taken some amazing first steps by getting the junk out of the house. The plus side of being a military wife (I'm an army wife) is most bases you have free access to gyms. Try to get as active as you were before and eat more health conscious like you did before I'm sure you'll be able to lose the weight. I'm recently…
  • Maybe slowly up your intake to 1200 NET and see when it is you start gaining weight.
  • I could post pictures at my thinnest weight (5'1 and like 95 lbs...I was also anorexic) and I've NEVER had a thigh gap. I've just come to the conclusion I NEVER will have a thigh gap. So for me I have to think I'd like my legs to be more muscular and at said point I'll be much happier.
  • Feel free to add me. My diary is open to friends and my carbs come from fruits and veggies.
  • I like to buy dark chocolate chips and mix in with natural peanut butter. When I want salt I will put salt on apples or watermelon, or i'll turn to lightly salted nuts. I usually crave spicy and will do cucumbers with chili powder (sometimes I cave and buy bad stuff).
  • I've had to learn what brands run really small and what runs really big. I have several pairs of jeans that are size 10 and 12 that fit me perfectly (various brands). But I have a pair of size 16 jeans that I can't even pull up over my thighs. It is very frustrating. I do have to agree but as long as I'm getting smaller I…
  • We either use a roast pan or crock put, put in and onion, and carrots put in a little water (bout and inch) and season the meat with whatever I feel like using and slow cook it (if in the oven like 250 for like 3 to 4 hour) or in the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 on high from 4 to 6
