How do you not let a vacation derail your progress?

My husband have a week long vacation coming up. I've reserved the room, at a Bed and Breakfast (where the owner told me breakfast would be fresh pastries, fresh fruit, orange juice, and milk). My problem enlies in not going crazy overboard with my calories. We have a fridge and microwave in our room (there maybe I fire pit outside the room not 100% sure on that one though). Otherwise that's really it. I'm not exactly sure what I could cook in the microwave. We will be going out for several meals (I'm going to be in german food lovers paradise without actually having to go to germany) so I'm really afraid that i'm going to go CRAZY. I know its a vacation and I should enjoy myself but I've worked really hard so far.

I am planning a lot of outdoorsy, active things; my hubby and I are very outdoorsy active people:

So far I'm thinking Enchanted rock it's going to be a massive hike: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enchanted_Rock

We're going to SeaWorld which will involve walking a swimming.

Hamilton pool which will be a lot of swimming.

Maybe Kayaking, I've never been and would like to try, possibly horse back riding.

So should I not worry too much about food and just enjoy myself or do you have tips on what I can do in the microwave.

Pick your "healthy/low calorie" meals i.e- breakfast and lunch and stick with this plan the entire week.
We recently were gone for a long weekend and I brought my usual breakfast and lunch.
Then portion control of all the foods you want to try/eat.
    Carefully choose a few indulgences.
Then back at it when you get home.

I personally wouldn't stress it. A vacation is just a blip on the radar. This is a lifestyle change. With any lifestyle change, you will have some great days and some so not great days.
