Fitness video question?

So I've gotten out of the habit of exercising and I want something I can do at home until I can get motivated to get back in the gym. Part of my problem is I'm working 60+ hours a week and I'm just drained when I get home, so I don't want to have to go out to the gym. I want to try some fitness video's but the ones I've tried in the past were just really cheesy and corny and I didn't want to follow them. Do any of ya'll do any work out video's which ones do you like?

I do enjoy zumba, pilates, yoga, and various other exercises. I just don't like how cheesy some of them are.

  • Check out the Team Beachbody stuff like P90X, Insanity, Chalean, etc. All very good options.

I'm a fan of the Jillian Michaels DVD's. I love 30 Day Shred, and 6 Week 6 Pack was good as well.

I love Jillian Michaels but I'm about to start this with a friend who does not like her.

Try dvd's by The Firm. They're really good and have some short workouts that you can fit into a busy day. For pilates I have one by Suzanne Deason called Pilates for weight loss. I love it. There's modifications and I just find it really calming and relaxing. My flexibility is also improving. It's all good. Hope you find something you like!
