If you don't want to go to a gym to do a class... maybe you can get a good set of workout DVD's! I always feel like an idiot doing classes. I even feel like and idiot flailing around in my own living room! But at least no one else can see ;)

Those types of days happen! I think they happen most because when we restrict our diets, we often restrict all treats. If you find yourself craving chocolate, or chips, or whatever it is... have a small portion. I'm not talking a huge piece of chocolate cake. Just enough to satisfy your craving. I keep it easy! :) I have my Shakeology in the mornings. Usually with strawberries blended in! I usually make it extra thick and take it with me to work. Keeps me full and satisfied for about 4 hours! Love that stuff :)
