I'm in the process of giving up fast food. I will still eat Subway, though....and, I really do need a fountain Diet Pepsi once in awhile. Okay, more like every day. Lol! But, I'm giving up greasy fast food.

Grilling burgers and having them on sandwich slim bread and probably zucchini and summer squash for a side dish. Maybe some broccoli.

Right. I totally get that. I mean, you put in a great workout and get an awesome burn, but at the end of the day? Sheesh! There's no way to be negative at the end of the day on a daily basis and be healthy.

Definitely a lunchbag with ice blocks. Keep that in your car. I do a lot of fruits, veggies, and different types of salads, sandwiches and wraps. I love the fact that I can make wa healthier and tastier foods for less money!! Good for you making the choice!!

Old Navy has awesome workout capris, for sure. I've had mine for several years, and they are still going strong and OH so comfy! I just bought a couple of the men's dry-active shirts this past wkd. SUPER comfy and silky feeling! LOVE!

1). Drink more water 2). Lose 10 pounds 3). Focus on cooking my veggies in a more "Exciting" way so I don't get bored with them 4). Eat more lean protein and healthier carbs. 5). Keep up with my exercise. Do more boxing and walk at least 30 minutes a day.
