just finhed day 3....my legs hurt so bad!! I dont think that the squat challenge is helping...maybe i should of waited till next month to do that! lol oh well...

well goes nothing...getting ready to do day 2..just got done with day 1 of the squat challenge so my legs are feeling it =\ ugh lol oh well...hopefully the end result is worth it =)

So...i started again today...ive done this workout before and almost finished but like a bonehead i stopped my diet all together...because i kept telling myslef im still down 50 pounds...its ok i can take a break. I took adipex in 2008 and lost close to 65 pounds which sounds great and i loved it but i gained it all right back and now am in the process of trying to lose it the right way....the one good thing about adipex was the amount of energy it gave me...the downfall for me besides gaining all my weight back was that it didnt…

thanks everyone! : ) I also heard that It burns more fat on a empty stomach in thx morning. This is why I wanted to ask. I personally can't eat the workout I get sick. Even if I wait a couple hours I don't know why but I get dizzy and I almost passed out the last time so now I just do it before I eat and it works out well.…

Theres 3 levels to it and each level gets harder (ive heard that level 2 is the hardest) you stay on each level for 10 days then move on to the next. Jillian says to do it 2 days 30ds 1 day cardio 2 days 30ds 1 day cardio and rest day...but a lot of people just do it straight. I recommend stretching your legs out more then…

Im on level 1 day 8. For me it is really hard because im way out of shape but im getting to the point now where i can get through it with only stopping like once or twice to catch my breath. It gets easier as you go. Ive lost 4 pounds so far. I dont know about inches im not going to take my final measurments till im done…

No but maybe i will try that. I did it twice on sunday because i was bored later in the day and then i did it yesterday and my legs are so sore and its just my thighs...So ill do it again today and tomorrow and see what happens...Thank You! :smile:

im on day 7 of the shred...i dont do it everyday but i do it 2 days then 1 day cardio 2 days then 1 day cardio and a rest day....but my thighs hurt so bad that i can barley do the squat and press' and the side lunges...i would of thought that the pain would of been gone by now but its not and its killer.. does anyone have…

Can anyone help me with the calorie breakdown if i need to use normal pizza dough which would have 8-10 slices... i dont know how to calculate calories. :cry:

Are you noticing that your endurance is better? I just did day 5 of level one and i still have to stop and take a breath..and my thighs are killing me! i can barley even do the squat and press'...I dont know if its just me or what but i feel like i should be better then what i am right now...its bummin me out..

I heard that after you cut the potato that if you put them in cold water with a little salt and let them soke for like 10-15 minutes the dry them off and bake them it will help to get them crunchy. i dont know how true that is...im making my first batch tomorrow actually..lol

I just started the 30 day shred..yesterday was my first day and im hurtin today ...i had to stop a couple times last night just to get through it! it was way harder then i thought it was going to be :noway: ...But im happy i read this 2 days 30ds then 1 day cardio thats what im going to follow! thanks for posting! :smile:

So i should eat 1600 net calories? I guess i thought that 1200 calories was okay...= / im just worried about adding more calories cuz i dont want to gain but i guess at this point im obvisley not doing something right... Thanks everyone!
