How Do I....
Create an exercise? I tried to add my p90x workouts that im starting and when i went through and added all 12 of them for my personnal weight and all the other info i need it doesnt pop up in my exercise's....i dont understand what im doing wrong....Can anyone help?

What to do after 30DS...
I am on day 6 level 2 of the 30ds and i was wondering what to move onto after im done. I would like to stick with Jillian i really like the shred...its hard for me but i feel stronger then ive ever been. When is the best time to exercise first thing in the morning before you eat anything or at night after you've had dinner? Does the time you exercise effect your weightloss? Like if you workout before you go to bed will it show more weight loss on the scale? Just wondering what way Is better.. I'm currently doing the 30ds…

Does any one have a taco salad recipe?
I really want to make a taco salad for dinner but i dont know a low-cal way to do it. I would just go buy all low cal stuff but i dont know how to add calories together in order to come up with how many calories per serving..if anyone could help me with these issue's id really appreciate it! MFP set my intake of calories at 1600 but im doing 1200 with no problems but what im curious about is are you suppose to eat 1200 net calories or 1200 calories? exercise time?
I have 2 yound children so its hard for me to get on the treadmill for an extended period of time but i can hop on it for 10-15 minutes at a time 3-4 times a day my question is and it might be kinda stupid but here it goes is it still as effective then staying on for an hour at a time?
