I add fresh raspberries!!

Yep, that's right!

I know, what you mean, I've seen it too. This website is about 'fitness' and wellness. I worry other people will be sucked into the starvation trends.
-
I'd look on the egg carton but also weigh the egg to make sure.
-
Your carb intake is low, I think you need to eat more slow release carbs like brown rice and sweet potato to keep you full. Hope this works!
-
I try and wait a week but I usually cave after 5 / 6 days!!
-
I wouldn't worry too much about zig zagging, protein, carbs etc unless you hit a plateau and need to work out a way round it. Just think about calories for now and the other plans might help you later!
-
I do, but I tell myself it doesn't count unless I like what I see!

I'm 5'3 and 113 down from 119. My goal is 108. Five pounds to go!!!

Play words with friends on my phone or read a book!!

London girl, here!

Just discovered a LOVE for light Soya milk tastes like a milkshake but only 60 cals in a small glass. Really hits the spot!!!
-
...you only drink one glass of wine a week...well two if I'm honest...
-
Light carbs like wholegrain rice cakes with a tasty protein based topping.

Me too! Porriage oats and water, but also a splash of milk (but no more than 100ml) I also eat an apple with it, sometimes needs a snack around 11 but generally keeps me full.
-
I have this problem too! Only thing is its so useful to be able to keep some apples in my bag as we have no fridge at work! Unfortunately it leaves me eating around 4 apples a day! I've been losing so far so I'm going to worry about it if I plateau.

I'm 5'3 SW: 119 CW: 116 GW:108 Just want to lose a few pounds for the Summer!!
-
I think dry white wine has the lowest calories. I'm trying to have only two glasses a week (usually on Saturday night) as long as its within the calories!!

Meal planning! I input breakfast, lunch and dinner at the beginning of the day so I know what I have left for snacks!
