American/UK dress sizes

Can anyone confirm the difference between American and UK dress sizes - for example, is American size 0 a UK size 4, or is it the other way about? The sizes aren't the same are they? Or are they :huh:

not the same, and the difference changes the lower the size is, UK sizes are higher numbers, a UK 14 is a US 12, but a UK 10 is a US 6-8 or something weird, I would google it to be honest
But we are all being fooled, its just a number and we should wear what FITS and not worry about what it says on the label0 -

Absolutely! I was just trying to figure what UK size I was when I bought a dress in the States a couple of years ago
Not that it was anything near a 4 :laugh:0
