So you did it for weight loss or for the cleansing? My co-workers said they were very weak also.....our jobs are very physical, so feeling weak would not great at work.

That is fantastic. I love the smoothies also. My favorite is unsweetened almond milk, 1 leaf of kale, 1 fresh orange, 1 half banana, ice cubes and 2 tbsp. flaxseed. I try to have one of these at least 3 times a week. substituting the orange for an apple. Congratulations on your weight loss. Keep up the good work

Well agreed that's what I thought the liver was for. It was nothing bought online just ingredients in the store. I did see several lemon cleanse sites online. I read something about when John Wayne and Elvis Presley died they had 18 to 20 pounds of waste inside them, so it got me thinking what is inside my body.

a counter is very beneficial. I have a very physical job where I walk most of my shift. I put a pedometer on and I walk about 10 to 12 hours a night.

I had never tried that way of cooking it. The only way I have done it, is boil it whole in a pan of water. When it's done cut it in half and pull out the squash with a fork. It comes right out of the skin. (of course I take out the seeds)

I forgot to add that I sometimes buy kale and grind up a leaf or two of that in the smoothie. It does change the flavor though and I don't like it as well, but Kale is very healthy!

I agree, it's much easier to track everything on MFP. I got tired of counting points on weight watchers. I think twice about what I eat to, because I know I will have to log it in and be accountable.
