hi i am 42 5"1 and working on losing at least 30 pnds. i know the feeling. i weighed 140 back in july now 160. my weakness is sweet tea. ugh .. i am working with a trainer. weight training a few days a week with cardio mixed in. higher protien meals .. just started back. please anyone feel free to add me

Me too on this one .. i have 15 i'd really like to lose but would be happy with 10. seems like no matter what i do nothing happens other than going up and down within 4 lbs. it's frustrating to say the least.

i just started myself ..day five today level one of course.. my thighs were so sore ..but i found the longer i sat around during my eight hours of work the more sore they were.. i went home and did it again... it helped.. i even rode my bike one night after and the next day i was less sore . good luck

oh my ..same issue here ...third day will be today.. i can work through it but the next day when i am sitting at my desk job.. when it's time to get up my legs are so stiff

37 5'1 132 it varies ALOT 4-10 depending on the brand .. i even have some 12's that fit

I have the same issue working out, watching what i eat and not budging a lb for over a year. i just tried atkins kept my carbs under 20 and only from salad and finally lost a few lbs. even if i only went to 129. hey the scale finally moved .. good luck
