"the voice in your head that is telling you can't do this IS A LIAR". Works wonders while I am running, especially in training for my upcoming marathon (I have tons of doubts of whether I can do it or not....)

Oh man, the first week and I already have forgotten to check in :( I ran 4 on Thursday, 3/1 and 15 on Saturday, 3/3 so my total for march so far is 19. I hope to be adding 6 to that this afternoon! Sorry to be a delinquent poster!

This is my first post on MFP! I would love to join this challenge... I am training for my first full marathon at the end of April. My February total was 127 (as long as I do my run this afternoon!). In March I would like to run 140. Holy smokes, 140!!!!
